Another gain. 109.4 Ugh. Am so disgusted with myself. I don't know how that happened. I really don't.
The batteries are out of the scales. I'm tracking everything I eat and do for the next week (I don't know how that's going to go tomorrow night with all the drinking etc) but the word of the week is: Perseverance. just going to keep at it and see what happens. I don't want this to be another thing I give up on because it's getting to hard.
I've exercised my butt off this week - Personal Training on Monday, I rode to and from work on Tuesday and Wednesday and today I walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill at 5.0 kms per hour. My eating is gradually improving as everything I consume is now logged. I'm a little frustrated.
Tomorrow is my birthday. I'm going to focus on the festival of me, stick to eating well and just enjoy life, damnit.
