MoveItMay - I moved Friday, Sunday and Yesterday. Failed on Saturday and Monday. Saturday - slept the afternoon away when I'd planned to go for a bike ride. Monday, just ran out of time. Will ride home tonight.
My mood is sinking fast. I feel like I'm on the edge of a major depressive episode. Trying desperately to pull myself out of it, but it seems like every time I turn around here's something else happening to drag me down further.
I feel exhausted unless I'm overdosed on caffeine. I'm struggling to do more than curl up in a ball and just be numb to everything. I know I need to snap out of it, but I just don't have the wherewithal to do it right now.
I want my pep back, please.
