Day 3 - Best Laid Plans

The plan for day 3 was to get my hair done and then walk home afterwards. Scheduled time to finish was 7 pm, getting me home around 8.

We finished at 8 pm. The gym on ground floor of my apartment building closes at 9pm. 8:45 pm I've just finished dinner. What to do? How can I, fail on day 3?

I didn't fail, I didn't give up in despair. I climbed all 99 stairs from ground floor to 7th floor. Have done my strength and balance exercises to build up my broken ankle and messed around with my foam roller to stretch out muscles and do some ab work.

Not the day I had planned, but the important thing is I moved more than I would have normally.

If this tub o' lard, anyone can do it.
