Here's the general concept: commit to being active each day this month. Document it (blog, my fitness pal, twitter, fb).
It doesn't have to be 'kill yourself with 2 hours of high intensity aerobics' type of activity - even 10 minutes of walking that you wouldn't normally do counts.
Those days where my foot/ankle are too sore for walking I'm committing to going for a bike ride.
