Move it! Day 1

The Move it! May challenge idea was a completely impulsive concept published while procrastinating at my desk. I have no idea where the inspiration came from - still high on endorphins from my morning work out I suppose.

Ticking off that in addition to the planned PT session there was a walk from the City to West End for the weekly stitch n bitch knitting social group. I would have been more than happy to take the bus, had that option been offered.

Surprisingly, I was also under my calorie count for the day and that was including an affogato and slice of cake with my dinner (despite saying last night that I don't track drinks apart from alcohol, I tracked it - got to be more honest with myself).

This is a great start to the month.
