I weighed myself this morning. bad news, I did gain weight. Good news, no where near as much as I had expected. 110.4 kilos this morning.

First mini goal - get back under 110.

Keep it up - one day at a time, if you do a two hour walk this evening that may be enough to get you to under 110 for tomorrows weigh in.
