It seems odd to have the first weigh-in at the start of day three, rather than on day 7. I assume there is a good psychological reason for this, and is a good motivator to keep going.
In two days, I'm down half a kilo.
Happy with that.
Only 47 point something to go.
Just like the tortoise, I'll be winning this race by taking it one step at a time.
The Hare represents the shortcuts - Duromine (evil diet pill), starvation & binge cycles, exercising myself into severe injury. Not doing any of those any more as we all know they just don't work.
Slow and steady.
