I've exercised more than I have in a while, apart from Saturday I've stayed within my calorie allowance.
It's also TOM (or in my case, seven weeks), which messes things about with bloating and retention for a week or so.
But to only have a 100g loss after all that effort is a tad frustrating. It supports my opinion that my body hoards starchy carbs, as it has been a rather carb heavy week, with pasta and noodles featuring heavily this week.
The coming 7 days will see me start to adjust my diet as I use up the remaining lite n easy meals, and also significantly increase my impact and higher energy exercise. Hopefully that will lead to some bigger losses soon.
That being said, I'm also hosting & catering a party on Saturday night. Taste testing will need to be kept to a minimum.
