Welcome to June! Move it May is over. I look back over the month and admit that personally I didn't do that great on a daily basis.
Over the course of the month though, I managed to make some achievements I would have otherwise. I started back with weekly PT earlier than I would have otherwise, pottering and tidying while sick, proving to myself I can walk the 4 Kms between home and work.
I'm still in a mild amount of shock that others stepped up to the challenge when I put the concept out on twitter. Thank you and congratulations on your participation.
I'm gearing up to make this weight loss and fitness top priority. Before I can I need these last couple of surprise injuries to bugger off. My right hip and the muscles around it are being a bit sooky and just yesterday the tendons in my thumb & wrist flared up in pain.
These are minor setbacks and while
frustrating I can deal. I just need to
dedicate some time to meal planning and prep and we'll be on our way.
