Life is going to change in so many ways. I can't disclose yet what those changes are, but they are going to be huge.
(For the record, I am NOT pregnant)
It's made me lose a bit of focus on exercise - mostly due to lack of sleep rendering me too tired to do anything.
I have however committed to spending time on the treadmill tonight and saturday morning, and walking to work on Friday. Not quite as much as I would have liked, but there is too much happening right now. My social life is more active than I expected it to be (not that I'm complaining about this), which is cutting into exercise time too.
Food isn't planned again - choices aren't too bad, mostly, but they're not that great either. Too tired to care but will regret it later I'm sure.
My next post will be delayed until I can write about the changes that are coming. I've got so much going through my head right now, that getting it down in writing will help me sort things out.
